Sof-Lex™ Diamond Polishing Spiral (Pink)

  • The diamond polishing spiral (pink) contains diamond particles to create a smooth, high gloss polish.

The Sof-Lex™ Diamond Polishing System is a Two-Step System.

Imparts a gorgeous diamond paste-like gloss in the convenience of a rubberized system. The pre-polishing spiral prepares the restoration for final gloss, while the diamond-impregnated polishing spiral gives your restorations that gorgeous paste-like gloss.

The flexible nature of the spiral adapts to all tooth surfaces—anterior and posterior, convex and concave and can be used from any angle. As an economical choice, it can also be sterilized and reused. The spirals also use the same mandrel as the Sof-Lex™ Finishing and Polishing Discs.

The pre-polishing beige spiral is the first step that smooths and removes scratches in restorations that develop during contouring and prepares the surface for high-gloss polishing. The diamond polishing pink spiral is the final step containing diamond particles to create a smooth, high gloss polish.

Suggested Applications : Composites (Direct and Indirect), Resin-modified glass ionomers, Bisacrylic temporary materials, Lava™ Ultimate CAD/CAM Restorative, Precious and semi-precious metal.

  • The Sof-Lex™ Pre-Polishing Spiral (beige) is indicated to smooth the surface of restorations.
  • The Sof-Lex Diamond Polishing Spiral (pink) is indicated for final high-gloss polishing.
